Rewiring knowledge, power,

participation, and practice

The Switchboard is a global circuit of regenerative praxis. A live hub where lived-experience communities plug in, connect, and generate new currents of knowledge. Here, people don’t just share stories, they wire authority, co-create evidence, and spark blueprints for new ways of living. We are committed to connection, collaboration, and creativity. Cultivating circuits of practice that switch on new ways of being, seeing, and doing.

Circuits

Circuit One: Publishing

We rewire the question: Who produces knowledge?
Through books and media, we plug in lived-experience authors as knowledge creators.
So far, 41 lived-experience voices have been switched on — published, paid, and powering new currents of change.

Circuit Two: Evidence

We rewire the question: What counts as knowledge?
Together with recovery communities worldwide, we are building a multilingual, participatory evidence base - Recovery Atlas.
A living circuit of data, stories, and practices that flows from the ground up.

Circuit Three: Training

We rewire the question: How is knowledge produced?
We activate new methods of knowledge-making that communities can plug into.
Training that switches on people’s capacity to generate and share their own knowledge.
